About Dr. Vinayak Ghanate

Dr. Vinayak Ghanate is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK, and a certified specialist in hip and knee reconstruction, including primary, revision, and robotic joint replacement surgeries. He trained in the UK as an International Royal College Fellow (2017), completing rotations at Princess of Wales Hospital and Kettering General Hospital, and earned his FRCS in Trauma & Orthopaedics.

Dr. Ghanate has extensive experience in joint replacement, trauma, sports injuries, and bone infection surgeries. He completed his joint replacement fellowship at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune. He graduated from B.J. Medical College, Pune, trained in orthopaedics at Mysore Medical College, and completed DNB training at P.D. Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai.

He is a member of the AO Trauma Association, an ATLS-certified provider, and has a special interest in complex fracture reconstruction and infection management.
